  • Formal Inquiry & Quote System: As a specialized B2B manufacturer, we operate on a strictly inquiry-based model. All formal quotations provided to our partners are calculated based on specific requested volumes, detailed customization requirements, and the prevailing cost of premium raw materials. Prices are officially fixed and legally binding only upon the acceptance and issuance of a formal Purchase Order (PO).

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Every instrument produced under the Prexa brand is manufactured in accordance with rigorous international medical manufacturing standards, including ISO, CE, and GMP protocols. We maintain comprehensive documentation for our quality control processes, which can be made available to our partners for auditing and verification purposes upon official request.

  • Packaging & Delivery Logistics: We utilize advanced, validated sterile barrier packaging to ensure the integrity of our instruments remains uncompromised during international shipping. Estimated lead times are determined by our production capacity and supply chain throughput at the time of order confirmation and will be clearly outlined in our Proforma Invoice (PI).

  • Clinical Usage & Professional Responsibility: While Prexa provides an ironclad guarantee regarding the manufacturing integrity, precision, and sterility of our instruments upon arrival, it remains the sole responsibility of the purchasing clinical facility to ensure that these instruments are stored under appropriate environmental conditions and are used in strict accordance with recognized clinical protocols for single-use medical devices.

Prexa reserves the right to adjust its production schedules based on raw material availability and logistics constraints, ensuring that our partners are always kept informed of their order status through transparent communication channels.
